QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND INVOLVEMENT IN THE REOPENING OF THE WORKPLACE DURING COVID-19 CYCLE

The post-containment recovery situation of COVID-19 will require all companies and institutions to put in place rules and measures to cope with the pandemic and secure employees and premises, and to meet the requirements and expectations of the different PIP.

The latest recommendations of the AFNOR refer to a set of actions to be implemented within the organizations certified to:
– Organize the deconfinement
through the institution of contextual administrative procedures and the implementation of an internal communication and another for customers and suppliers or partners
– Organize the security reception after conflict
by the adaptation of the gestures barriers to the workstations, and the organization with the tools of work and the norms of health safety
– Monitor and maintain these measures for the duration of the pandemic
This requires the commitment of all employees and the implementation of continuous control plans
In this sense, the organization must:

1- Set up, communicate, raise awareness and follow a detailed action plan for hygiene rules (physical distance, temperature, wearing of bibs, washing of hands, use of equipment and tools, aeration of premises, disinfection, etc.)

2- Update and monitor the risk management plan and internal and external issues, as well as the actions that follow

3- Update and track PIP expectations and requirements
